As earlier reported, the Weekly Meal Distribution, which will begin on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 and end on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 (unless the Federal/State Waiver is extended).
Eligibility: Children from 0-18 years of age.
Special needs students, who have not yet graduated, up to 21 years of age.
Children who attend a summer school/program and/or summer camp and receive breakfast and lunch are not eligible for a meal box, as each child may only receive one breakfast and one lunch daily.
Meal Distribution will begin at 4:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m., or until supplies run out, at the following two locations:
- Lakewood Middle School
- Clifton Avenue Grade School
Meal boxes include one breakfast and one lunch for 7 days for each eligible child, for a total of 14 meals per week.
The Attached form must be completed prior to receiving a meal box.
