It is still not connected on the North Lake side. So unless you have a tall pair of boots on, you are not crossing the last 5 feet of the bridge.
Oh, you mean the Borsalino Memorial Bridge? I can’t afford a new hat yet, but when I can I’ll be sure to have a nice stroll across!
When asked whether he had tried out the new pedestrian bridge over Lake Carasaljo, a clearly exasperated Lakewood resident by the name of David Watertread told reporters: “Yes, unfortunately I tried out the new bridge this morning! Now – can you please hurry and pull me out of the water so I can daven maariv and change into dry clothing?!!! Man, I’m completely waterlogged! Hurry up, and get me out of here already, please! Hurry!!”
It’s not finished yet neither side of the bridge is connected yet.
Not a good design at all. It needs better barriers. Kids can fall through very easily. A parent turns away in a split second a child could be…. .
im predicting the same fate as the traffic light at 1st Street and Clifton Ave
