One thing is clear from this article: showering on YT is complicated and one should consult their own Rov before paskening for themselves from an unknown author quoting from an unknown Sefer.
Definitely do not rely on this to take a warm shower.
Most of his sources were talking about something else. The Bais Meir explicitly says it’s forbidden to take a warm shower.
Both authors have haskamas from many rabbunim including Rav Shmuel Kamenetzky, Rav Simcha Bunim Cohen and Rav Harfenes (Nishmas Shabbos). See the full sources in the Sefer Bathing and Showering in Halachah, it’s more then the Beis Meir and you just learn it well to understand the sugya.
