The man struck by a vehicle on Thursday night in Lakewood was wanted by authorities for multiple burglaries in Lakewood, police sources told TLS exclusively.

The man, Rashon Harris, in his thirties, was wanted by police for the multiple vehicle burglaries on Dune Court last week, police say.

Police say they used the video we obtained to bring forth multiple charges against Harris, who has since been released from the hospital.

Harris was charged with four counts of burglary and receiving stolen property.

He is being lodged in Ocean County Jail.
