Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Lakewood, seriously injured [PHOTOS]

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured a short time ago in Lakewood.

The accident happened shortly before 11 PM on Central Avenue.

The patient is being treated by Lakewood First Aid and Hatzolah members.

Police of shut down the area for an investigation.
