The USPS driver arrested yesterday in Jackson was charged with several offenses, police say.
As first reported on TLS, the Jackson Police Department’s Special Response Team, along with Federal Postal Police, took the USPS employee into custody in connection with an incident that occurred in Jackson on September 26.
The subject was taken into custody without incident and charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal attempt, criminal mischief, and harassment.
The investigation is ongoing.
