Multiple officers from SWAT surrounded a USPS truck on a local street, and took the driver into custody.
It’s not yet clear if these are local or federal officers.
Additional information will be published when confirmed to TLS.
UPDATE: Sources tell TLS the driver may have been arrested over purposely not delivering mail to at least one resident for over a month as the result of an earlier incident.
However, an official statement has not yet been issued.

It must be a federal issue, as far as I know, local police can’t detain a federal employee while on duty.
There’s also almost zero chance that they arrested him for not delivering the mail.
