New Jersey Assemblyman Avi Schnall (D-Lakewood) today praised the Howell Township Council’s unanimous decision to pass a resolution condemning anti-Semitism in all its forms.
The resolution, passed on Tuesday evening, comes at a crucial time, marking a stand against the alarming rise in anti-Semitic incidents across the United States, especially noted since the Hamas attack in southern Israel on October 7, 2023, which left 1,200 dead.
“This resolution is a testament to Howell Township’s commitment to inclusivity and respect for all individuals,” said Assemblyman Schnall, whose 30th Legislative District includes Howell Township.
“At a time when antisemitism is disturbingly on the rise, including overt expressions of hate on college campuses and elsewhere, it is imperative for leaders at every level to voice their opposition to such hateful sentiments and actions unequivocally.”
The resolution gains further significance in light of a recent Anti-Defamation League report which highlighted an unprecedented surge in antisemitic incidents in New Jersey last year, marking the highest number recorded in the state’s history.
Assemblyman Schnall remarked, “It is especially important now for elected officials to stand boldly and firmly against antisemitic hate and bigotry. The Howell Township Council has set a commendable example of leadership by acknowledging the serious implications of such hatred and taking clear steps to combat it.”
The Assemblyman also urged other townships and communities to follow in Howell’s footsteps, fostering environments where hate and discrimination are actively opposed, and where diversity and mutual respect are vigorously promoted.
He still did not denounce governor Murphy’s call for a ceasefire.
And he won’t. He’s part of Agudah, and Agudah today never condemns the Democrats. They support the Democrats no matter what they do.
The titular head of the Democrat party is the president of the United States. That would be senile Joe Biden, who just threw Israel under the bus with his pro-Hamas, traitorous arms embargo against Israel. All to placate the Jew-hating Muslim fanatics in Michigan and “the squad”. At this time, when Israel faces the worst existential crisis since 1948, any Jewish politician with a “D” after their name should immediately sever their affiliation with the damnable Democrat party.
