  1. So interesting that Lakewood scoop brings down two Zmanim for the beginning of the fast. In America R’ Moshe and almost every Litvishe Posek for the last fifty years+ and by the Chasidim R’ Yoelish and many Chasidishe Gedolim all said 72 minutes before Neitz.

  3. You are actually mistaken. All of these listed Zmanim are using the same time for Neitz. The question is if they are using 16.1 degrees as a Zman (which is before 72) or just 72 before Neitz
