[COMMUNICATED] This week, the Yossi Muller Diet Program has released their new website, yossimuller.com.
The new site features recipes, answers to dozens of the most commonly asked diet questions, Jewish calendar guidelines, many unknown secrets to nutrition and weight loss, 24/6 “text” support, and other useful information and features.
1- Recipes: In addition to a food plan, weekly weigh ins, and diet coaching, all members of the program receive a cookbook that provides them with a large selection of delicious and easy to follow recipes. These recipes offer alternatives to their regular menu options. The website will offer an even larger selection of recipes.
2- Answers to dozens of the most commonly asked diet questions: The Yossi Muller diet rules and guidelines are constantly being updated (as the food industry is constantly coming out with new products). The website will always have the most updated version of the diet FAQ’s.
3- Jewish Calendar Guidelines: These are detailed, specific, and easy to follow guidelines for every day in the Jewish calendar which require a change to their regular eating habits. Guidelines are essential for avoiding weight gain on the 85 days a year that are Shabbos, Yom Tov, Ta’anesim (overeating before and after), and The 9 Days. At this time, “Rosh Hashanah 2015 Guidelines”, “Tzom Gedalia 2015 Guidelines”, and “Yom Kippur 2015 Guidelines” are up and ready to be viewed. (“Succos 2015 Guidelines” will be available shortly).
4- Unknown secrets to nutrition and weight loss: All members receive a series of educational materials to aid them with their weight loss goals (e.g. list of calories of all foods that do not have nutrition labels; good calories vs. bad calories; etc.). The website has these educational handouts available for online reading as well. In fact, the website offers an even larger selection of handouts.
5- “Text Support”: All clients may text Yossi any diet related question as long as they are a member of the program. The website offers clients the ability to reach Yossi through the website as well.
All current members of the program are eligible to sign up for full access to the website at their next appointment. (For now, the only way to sign up is in person, at an appointment).
In addition, prospective clients can visit the website to find out more about the program. If you or someone in your family are considering joining this year, you now have an easily accessible way to help make an informed decision.
Yossi hopes that this website will be a welcome addition to the diet program.
Check it all out at yossimuller.com.
Been waiting a year for this!
Does he offer over the phone consults?
If I was on the diet program and lost all my weight and I left can I still access the website?
Do I need it or can I use last years guidelines recipes etc.
Congratulations Yossi!
