PHOTO: A woman was injured today after being struck by a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction, an official tells TLS. The woman was crossing 4th Street at Park Avenue, when she looked in the direction vehicles would normally be coming from, and when there were none, she began crossing the road. TLS.
Upon stepping into the road however, a vehicle came driving down the wrong way on 4th Street, Westbound, and struck her.
Hatzolah and Police responded to the scene.
The woman was transported by Hatzolah to Jersey Shore Medical Center with leg injuries. TLS-CCP/TLS-MK.
And the information about the driver is ——-
everyone needs to be careful. I often see this happen.bye North lake DR.&rt9 people travel the wrong way and by the ice cream store by Shoprite they go the wrong way. When you see a sign one way its means one way. Follows laws you can g-d forbid kill someone.
The driver might have been from England…where they drive on the Other Side…
That’s like what I hear every day from drivers who don’t stop at a stop sign or don’t obay traffic laws. “But im not from here” well can you read english? “yes” then look at the street sign. It says one way, or stop, or Do not enter. Just read the street signs and pay attention to driving. Not your cell phone or the news paper or the book you want to read.
if they are from England they should be familiar with local driving laws before they get into a car and drive in the states..
#3 that’s just a stupid, not funny comment. opposite side doesn”t mean wrong way down a one way street!
#3 I hope you are just being sarcastic ,otherwise thats realy is a foolish comment
If you can’t read or understand the signs, you shouldn’t be driving.
the driver had to be going @ a pretty good speed in order not to have time to brake, thus avoiding hitting the woman. she’s lucky she didn’t get killed!
Be Careful!

Thank you
dosnt matter which way the car was driving she was in the Road she would be just as dead if the car was coming from the other direction.
