You give me a break about Brooklyn attitude! In brooklyn they all drive like crazy but they all do it together they know how to drive. plus they’re is no speeding in Brooklyn because you”ll just get a speed trap ticket. I think it’s more of a Lakewood aattitude to speed up when the light is yellow. Lakewood=don’t go on green (cuz on phone) go on red because you rolled into the intersection and now its to late. [I agree it’s the guy who went straights fault]

The guy going straight was clearly at fault. The person turning was being careful .

URGENT CAR ACCIDENTS

There have been a lot of photos of this intersection (URGENT CARE) posted on The Scoop about accidents occurring there. Shouldn’t more be done to fix this very serious problem?

Both At fault.
Guy turning didnt make sure all oncoming vehicles stopped.
Guy going straight failed to yield for a widely accepted practice of cars turning at that point.

You cannot claim that the guy going straight blew the red, because that same claim can be leveled at the guy turning cant it?

no it cant , guy turning was in intersection before it was yellow and turned as it turned red, the guy going straight sped up at the yellow and entered intersection on the red, in NJ the law is you have to stop on yellow except if within a certain distance and at certain speed from intersection.
