Despite them being two different variants of the same game, there are some differences between Teen Patti and Poker. The biggest difference between Teen Patti and Poker is that Teen Patti is a game of chance, but winning in a game of Poker requires quite a bit of skill, probability, and strategy.

The maximum number of cards that each player can possess in Teen Patti is “3”, while in a game of Poker, players can get seven cards at the most.

• Look or Don’t Look?

The Teen Patti rules are not very strict, and players can look at their cards at any time based on which they can place a bet. In Poker, players need to place a bet before they can see the next community card.
