Did you ever realize that most of the good in your life slips by unnoticed?
Small wins. Big saves. Tiny moments that show He’s with you.
And then what happens?
We forget.

Like…
• The bus that waited.
• The appointment that suddenly opened.
• The friend who texted at the perfect second.
• The challah that rose anyway.
• The doctor who said, “Everything looks good.”

Yet Hashem keeps giving.

Ice Cream Truck Slips Right Past TLS Reader As He Peruses Article About the Good Things in Life That Often Slip By Us Unnoticed
While perusing a TLS article Tuesday about the good things in life that often slip by people unnoticed, TLS reader Avi Goodstein, failed to notice the ice cream truck that had just slipped by his home.
“Purchasing my daily dose of vanilla fudge ice cream is one of the good things in life that I look forward to each and every day,” Mr. Goodstein told reporters. “But unfortunately, I was so engrossed in reading that informative article about the good things in life that often slip by us unnoticed that I didn’t take notice of the ice cream truck as it slipped right past me. Ughh!”
According to a recent study conducted by the ‘Institute Of Life’s Good Things’, countless Americans “never even notice the many good things that are currently slipping by them on a daily basis because they are too busy focusing on the many good things that previously slipped by them unnoticed.”
“Moral of the story,” said Dr. Luis Cornfeld, the lead researcher in the aforementioned study, “we need to stop focusing on the good things that previously slipped by us and to start focusing on the good things that are currently slipping by us!”
However, in a strange twist of events, Dr. Cornfeld was forced to cut short his insightful remarks with the reporters when he realized that he had completely forgotten about the pizza pie that he had just ordered.
“Chatting with reporters is definitely one of life’s good things,” Dr. Cornfeld said as he sped off in his car, “but chomping down pizza is probably one of life’s best things! And to think I almost let that pizza pie slip right by me! That’s crazy!”

Yes, we should write down this good, and review it – not the difficulties – which are really also for the good (as everything is from Heaven, for the good), and as we sometimes merit to understand for that specific mattter.

What’s most powerful about this clip is who it’s coming from.
