VIDEOS & PHOTOS: Mutual aid responds for fire at Yapchik restaurant in Lakewood

[See below, and more on our Instagram and our Whatsapp Status.] A fire broke out at the Yapchik restaurant in Lakewood this afternoon.

Shortly after 12 Noon, smoke was seen coming from the roof of the Madison Avenue eatery.

A general alarm was toned out, requesting assistance from all Stations.

Mutual aid from Jackson and Brick were also requested.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.

The Fire Marshal’s office and Board of Health were requested to respond.
