To Yussi Weisz, So you don’t buy processed food on Pessach, ? How about sugar salt and pepper, etc, etc. And horror of horror, you put oranges with the peel and unpeeled peppers in the dish with the fish?? Snap snip. Looks delicious but not too kosher either through peels.

Oh wow. Yussi reminded me of my grandmother. I don’t think that she made exactly this fish dish, but for Pesach she only used natural ingredients. Mmmm and it tasted so delicious. Thank you Yussi for bringing me back those delicious memories. I actually smelled her pesach food when you were reminiscing.
