Great speech from a man who truly loves this town and has supported it all his life. I hope the citizens, all of them, look at what is best for the town and not just one part of it.
Dear Mr. Delia
You sound like a smart man and I know your family’s name well from Lakewoods history. I think you should take stock and look around you. The Lakewood you and I remember is gone forever. I, and many others have come to this conclusion a long time ago and packed our bags. When and if you muster the strength to do it, you will see that there is a wonderful world beyond the town you remember growing up in.
