Choef Lawson is an amazing person and we in lakewood and specifically the lakewood jewish community are lucky to have such a devoted and caring person running the police department. He is a man of integrity and a real mentsch. And to top it off I love the way he goes about his public service announecments encompassing the correct hebrew/yiddish linho to describe what hes saying. It adds a feeling of comraderie. Chief we really appreciate everything that you and the fantastic men in blue do on behalf of all of us in lakewood. Thank you!

OMG is 100% on the money. I remember, not too long ago, maybe 8-10 yrs ago, 14th street, from Forest to Hope road took 45 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. The Chief has don an amazing job of making the roads drivable again.
