    • A controlled fire is a common used method to burn away brush in a controlled and supervised manner, in order to prevent forest fires.

  1. I once saw a rebbe who was completely engrossed in a deep, intense, burning dveikus. A few minutes later, he came back down to Earth and started conversing with me. I asked him how he could reach such a high intense burning dveikus and then come right back down to Earth as if he was merely taking a stroll in the park. He told me, “it’s called “Controlled Bren’ “

  2. Good! They’re burning away the young Pine. Our area is infested with Pine trees; as beautiful as they may look property owners should get rid of them ASAP ; Pine Trees and especially their pine needles are very flammable ; they have small roots of which many fall during high winds, the Pine needles kill the grass and to get rid of them is not cheap as pine tree wood is Toxic thus can not be used for firewood and costs quite a bit to dump.
