Vehicle Stolen from Lakewood Home Found by Police in Atlantic City

As first reported on TLS Communities, a vehicle stolen from a Lakewood home on Friday night, has been located by police in Atlantic City.

The vehicle was stolen from a home in the Forest Avenue area sometime Friday night.

Thus evening, police in Atlantic City located the vehicle abandoned, with some items missing.

The vehicle was processed and being towed back to Lakewood.

  1. When asked whether the thieves were taking a gamble driving a stolen vehicle all the way to Atlantic City, a police official told reporters on Sunday: “Of course they were taking a gamble! You don’t drive down to Atlantic City unless you’re planning to do some gambling there!”
