UPDATE: Police Activity in Westgate Resolved Safely [PHOTOS]

Earlier today, TLS reported on a large police presence in Westgate.

Authorities say the incident involved an individual experiencing a medical crisis who barricaded himself inside a residence. The Lakewood Police Department’s Special Response Team (SRT) responded to assist patrol officers already on scene.

The situation was resolved peacefully and without injury. Police thanked Hatzolah and Chaveirim for their assistance in helping bring the incident to a safe conclusion.

Officials emphasized that there was never any danger to the public.

I dont think its thoughtful to post such a comment when a family clearly underwent something extremely challenging that we should BeH never know about.
