The man seeing in a video (not being shown here due to language) cursing and harassing Jews following an accident on Kennedy Boulevard yesterday afternoon, resulted in serious charges, police tell TLS.
At approximately 4:30pm, Officer Dennis Dowden responded to a three-car crash at the intersection of East Kennedy Boulevard and Clifton Avenue.
Upon arrival, the Officer learned that one of the men involved in the accident, 34-year-old Elijah Chandler, of Jackson, had assaulted the driver of one of the other vehicles involved.
“Further investigation revealed that Chandler was harassing and trying to intimidate those involved as well as bystanders by yelling bias statements and threatening to physically harm them,” Detective Lieutenant Greg Staffordsmith told TLS.
Detectives Eric Cicerello and Charles Messer assisted and ultimately charged Chandler with Bias Intimidation, Terrorsitic Threats, Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief and two counts of Harassment.
Bail was set in the amount of $41,000 no 10%.

Can he really be charged with “bias intimidation” and “terroristic threats” when it’s clear he lost his cool after an accident? Seems quite extreme to me!
How a person loses their cool makes a big difference! Did you see the Lakewood men who were also in an accident doing the same?
