Reb Mendel M’Riminov (1745-1815), disciple of Reb Elimelech of Lizensk) said, that saying Parshas Ha’mann (Shnayim Mikroh V’Echod Targum) on Tuesday Parshas B’Shalach, is a Segulah for Parnassah.

Actually, the Shulchan Oruch writes you should say it every day.
Rabbeinu B’chaya says, if you say it every day, you will not lack bread.
The segulah for Tuesday B’Shalach is from R’ Mendel of Riminov. Its a very much followed segulah. Even more powerful, its not even written in any of his Sefarim or writings.
