Reb Mendel M’Riminov (1745-1815), disciple of Reb Elimelech of Lizensk) said, that saying Parshas Ha’mann (Shnayim Mikroh V’Echod Targum) on Tuesday Parshas B’Shalach, is a Segulah for Parnassah.

It is also quoted from Seforim saying, that one who recites this T’efillah each day, will not lack Parnassah.
When the Satmar Rebbe Rav Yoel, zatzal, was asked if this segula really works, he replied, with a twinkle in his eyes and a smile upon his lips, that when one is at his workplace daily, by 9 in the morning, then the segula is effective.
