Truck Knocks Down Pole, Wires Land On Vehicles

PHOTOS of a phone pole knocked down by a sanitation truck a short time ago, at the Stop Shop supermarket in Rt 9. Wires landed on two vehicles, which were unoccupied at the time. PD, FD and JCP&L responded to the scene. TLS-CAC

I guess now they can relocate the pole to a safer location instead of in the middle of a parking lot.

I hate when people hit poles in the middle of an open parking lot.

they should have moved this pole a long time ago. anumber of cars have been damaged by it when backing out of a parking space
