Tragic Petirah of Reb Yitzchok Meir Weisberger Z”L [UPDATED – Levaya Info]

candleWe regret to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Yitzchok Meir Weisberger Z”L, who was Niftar moments ago from injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle last night in Lakewood.

Reb Yiztchok Meir Z”L, from Park Avenue, was a beloved Mispallel at Rav Paskesz’s Bais Eimelech Shul on East Harvard. He was approximately 65 years old.

The Levaya will be taking place at 11:00 am Monday at Bais Elimelech, 105 East Harvard. Kevurah will be in the Tzeilim Chelka in Long Island.

  5. Rav YitzchokMeir was a real Talmud Chacham, Yirah Shamaim, Bakee in Shas, Oved Hashem b’Yirah. Yesterday we learned the sugya in Cholin 8a that half a gris of Shchin and half a gris of Michvah are not a shiur of a gris of Tumas Nagaim. Yatza nishmaso b’TAHARA!

  6. BDE – What a tragic loss. I knew him from years ago when he lived near Lawrence Ave and davened there. I saw him learning in Kol Shimshon every Sunday. A true example of how a Yid should behave and act. He was a high respected individual.
    May he be a mailiz yosher for the family and Klal Yisroel.
