TONIGHT: RCCS Inaugural Lakewood Dinner To Take Place In Bais Faiga

[CALL IN # 732-551-3351 then press 9 after ad] TONIGHT history will be made in Lakewood. Tonight is the inaugural RCCS Lakewood dinner which so many Lakewood Cholim have been waiting for with much anticipation.

Thousands of Lakewood residents are expected to fill Bais Faiga hall for the dinner, the Ma’amad Tefilah V’Hisorerus L’Maa’an CholeiYisroel, and for the much anticipated speech of Dayan Ahron Dovid Dunner, who is traveling to America (and right back to England as soon as his over) specially for this historical event.

If you are still debating if you should attend this dinner, consider the following facts:

1)  At the onset of the RCCS of Lakewood dinner campaign, a few short months ago, there were 81 Lakewood residents who were “RCCS patients” receiving help , financial, emotional and/or physical help, from RCCS. As of this writing, that number has climbed to 87.

Something to think about!

2) In the past 18 months, RCCS spent over $700,000 just on Lakewood patients! RCCS has a global, annual budget of approximately $5 Million and Lakewood patients utilize almost 15% of that!

Something to think about!

3) Attending this dinner is not just a way to raise money for the insurance policies of the patients. The very fact that so many people of Lakewood take the time and effort to attend is aa huge Chizuk to the patients who see that they are not struggling alone. “I am personally requesting that every member of the community make a real effort to be at this dinner” says Moshe Dov, an RCCS Lakewood patient who B’Ezras Hashem will make a full recovery soon “Yes, we patients take this personally”.

Something to think about!

4) Two days before Yom Kippur, a day that we all hope and pray for a good Chasima, Rabbanim, Roshei Yeshiva, Askanim and thousands of people will unite as one and raise their voices to pierce the heavens with Tefilah on behalf of those amongst us that are stricken with cancer, and on behalf of the rest of the community, and Klal Yisroel, to be granted continued health. Why would you want to miss such a gathering? Why would you forgo being a part of this spiritual energy?

Something to think about!

Miss the dinner? Don’t even think about it!

BE THERE! TONIGHT, Sunday September 23 in Bais Faiga. Program begins at 7:30 sharp.

The Cholim of Lakewood are counting on EVERY Lakewood resident to attend.

  1. I wasn’t planning to go, but I read an article n Shabbos and was so touched by what these people do.
I decided I’d rather be on the giving end of this organization.
What a zechus to come into Yom Kippur!

  2. Awesome! I WILL BE THERE IY”H! RCCS is an amazing group. I know personaly some people who have been helped by them, and their experiences have been 100% positive. This group deserves our support, monetarily and physcally by being at the dinner.

  3. Just a note, that people park in private lots around Bais Faiga when they attend events there, private property is private property even at night and unless you have received permission to park there DON’T, people have come to their own office to work and were not able to park in their own spot because of people who only think of themselves.

  4. Yes, Thank Hashem that you can be on the giving end. Investing an hour or two to attend this event is a small price to pay for your health and your family’s health. NO EXCUSES. EVERYONE SHOULD ATTEND AND SUPPORT RCCS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY
