[COMMUNICATED] The Annual Reception for Ahavas Tzedakah will take place tonight, Monday, July 6, at Bais Faiga Hall.

The Guest Speaker at this year’s event will be Rav Ephraim Shapiro, the charismatic Rav of Shaaray Tefilah of North Miami Beach. As always, the elaborate menu, entertainment, and focused program ending with a sumptuous buffet, will contribute to making the Ahavas Tzedakah Dinner a perennial favorite.

Founded in 1981 by Dr. and Mrs. Reuven Shanik, Ahavas Tzedakah is Lakewood’s original aniyei ircha fund, and provides nearly $1.5 million annually to more than 700 needy Lakewood families in a discreet and dignified manner. The Annual Reception is Ahavas Tzedakah’s main fundraising event of the year, and Dr. Shanik has personally requested that everyone in Lakewood make an effort to attend.
