Tomeich Hatzolah Campaign Now On – Get A Free Book With Your Donation Of $208

[DONATION PAGE-WITH GIFTS] You know you can count on Hatzolah, can Hatzolah count on you? Just knowing that Hatzolah is ready to respond to any medical emergency, provides a sense of security and peace of mind to the residents of Lakewood. Hatzolah, which responds to thousands of calls a year, has now begun their annual Tomeich Hatzolah campaign.

The campainm which runs until the Yom Tov season, is a campaign Hatzolah relies on to meet their annual operating budget of about $700,000. The operating budget included the cost of equipment, supplies, insurance, emergency phones, member training and ambulance maintenance.

This year, donors who donate $208, will receive a choice of either a set of Rabbi Dovid Hofstedter’s newly released 3-volume set on Parshas Hashevuah, or The At The Home Gourmet cookbook from Sara Lasry. A donation of $312, gets you both gifts.

  1. I love Hatzoloh and wish I could give much more then my 104. But am I missing something if I want R’ Dovids sefer and I have the money why don’t I just buy it??

  2. why dont they make a campaign on the shore for hatzolah of the shore ?? i heard there are plenty of wealth jews there why come to lakewood that is so over burdened with needy organizations schools shuls and the many meshulachim that call lakewood home for many months a year

  3. Wow, I can’t believe how much they are asking for, the economy is hurting me, prices keep rising, my employer cut my salary how can I afford this donation. This seems more like a tax than a donation.

  4. @#3
i undrstand that shore hatzalah parks there ambulances outside because they dont have a garage and has trouble making ends meet during the long cold winter. these wealtyh yidden u speak of move in only for the summer and i assume dont feel overly obligated or have already given to brooklyn hatzolahs. lakewoods got some beautiful garages with stucco and everything…. couldnt hurt to help out another community any ways even if its not “ours”… we’re all brothers!

  5. # 5 because you cant afford doesnt mean they are asking a lot ! I actually find it to be a very reasonable amount of money to ask for. While i struggle to make ends meet a $104 is a small price for the security i have knowing that Hatzolah will be well equiped and ready for any emergency.

  6. Say what-Hatzolah is asking each family to donate $104. That comes out to $2 per week per year. They are asking, not demanding. Taxes are a requirement, not a request. Hatzolah will not penalize you for giving less than $104. They will gladly accept whatever you can afford to give. They will also rapidly respond to any emergency you may chas v’shalom have even if you’re unable to give them a donation, so please do not disparage them.
