  1. TLS wishes you a Chag Same’ach! We will not be updating any of our forums from Sunset this evening until after [Shavuos].
In response to TLS’s notification that the website will not be updated over the holiday and over Shabbos, a TLS commenter notified TLS and readers of the website that he will also not be updating his comments during that period.
“I’m sorry,” the commenter wrote in the comments section on Thursday, “but how can I comment if there are no posts to comment on?”
“And don’t ask me to comment on some of the earlier posts,” the commenter said, “because, to tell you the truth, I can’t comment over the holiday, or Sabbath, due to religious reasons.”
Taking note of the angry faces on some of the readers of TLS, and the readers of the TLS comments section, the commenter pointed out that he is just one of hundreds of commenters who won’t be commenting over the holiday.
“Don’t be angry at me,” he said, “it’s not just me, it’s everyone else too!”
“Cheer up, have some cheese cake, and relax,” he commented, “because next week is a brand new week, and there’ll be plenty of new things to read about and to comment on!”
