TLS EXCLUSIVE: LPD Detective And Sergeant Thanking The Team Following Arrest, After Mention Of LPD Is ‘Mistakenly’ Omitted By Others

TLS Exclusive LogoTLS EXCLUSIVE: VIDEO: Earlier today, TLS posted an article announcing the arrest of ‘Animal’, who is being charged with the murder of Luis Enrique Garcia of Woodlake Manor. However, what some may not have noticed, is the complete omission by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, of the Lakewood Police Department-who played a vital roll in the investigation, leading to the arrest. Additionally, the LPD was asked not to release the information of the arrest for some time, but later discovered the information to have already been ‘leaked’ to the media without mention of

the LPD, who worked diligently on solving the case. TLS met withPolice Chief Rob Lawson, Detective Lt. William Addison and Detective Sgt. William Rodriguez this afternoon, who thanked several departments as well as individuals for their instrumental roll in the case, including the O.C. Prosecutor’s Office, Detectives Bureau, the Street Crimes Unit and several Patrol Officers.

  2. Chief Lawson and the entire LPD deserve our thanks for a job well done. They’ve really improved our qualty of life recently. I HOPE one day to be able to say the same thing about other township departments i.e. the public works…………

  3. Thanks detectives for putting it all together and getting the bad guys off the streets. Just know that your hard, long hours of work do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

  4. The oilam shhouold try to be frienlier to the PD in BP there is a lot more “social” interaction people say ggo dmorning how are you? When you go into Shop rite and the cop is sitting there say hello. How are you. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
Everyone know the famous sstory w/ R’Yaakov at the hotel in MIamai where the receptionist (yes a lady) said the rabbi would say good morning to me everyday. There is no reason why we should not show concern about others.
