1. It seems like they are here to stay. They never left.

2. It seems like they are pretty much around here all the time. I guess that should be ok . However, maybe they can help with auto and home break ins too? If they care so much about Lakewood, why just traffic stops? Make Lakewood a safer place in middle of the night too!

3. they’ve been around lately in unmarked cars that blend in with the average type car on lkwd streets

4. People are on TLS complaining that cars pass school buses, have accidents that overturn cars, etc. Then when the police are in town, the same people try to rile us up by complaining about it.

   Simple answer… put down your phone, stop at all signs, and obey the speed limits. Then be thankful that we have someone enforcing the laws and keeping us safe.

5. At this point, they’re here more than they’re not. We should be informed when they leave.
   Now THAT’S news we can use.

6. This is why cars are doing 90 on the garden state pkwy, the cops would rather prowel the local towns than sit on the highway.

   I don’t believe any other township is experiencing their visits as often as lkwd.

11. The reason they keep coming back is that Lakewood has one of the highest amounts of car accidents and traffic fatalities. Maybe slow down and drive a little safer even when you don’t see a cop.

12. Well no other town has more accidents and road violations then Lakewood. Thank the state police for enforcing the law. Just obey the law and you will be fine
