TEHILLIM: Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Lakewood undergoing surgery

A pedestrian struck by a vehicle early this morning in Lakewood, is undergoing surgery now.

At approximately 3:15 AM, the girl was walking on New Central Avenue when she was struck.

Hatzolah responded and transported the teen patient to Jersey Shore University Medical Center with severe injuries.

She is currently undergoing surgery for pelvis, back and other injuries.
