TEHILLIM: Lakewood Resident in Very Serious Condition [UPDATE – Name Added]

‎UPDATE – Monday 8:10 AM: A name has been added. Please be Mispallel for חיים אברהם משה בן רבקה who is now in surgery.

Lakewood resident Avrohom Moshe ben Rivka is in very serious condition, and the family has requested TLS publicize this so the Tzibur can be Mispallel.

Moshe was scheduled to undergo a procedure, but during the operation, he ran into serious complications, leaving him in very serious condition.

An emergency surgery is scheduled to take place Monday morning.

The family requests all be Mispallel for Avrohom Moshe ben Rivka.

Does anybody know the correct Nusach to say when a Yid is saying this Tefillah for the sick person, obviously in a scenario where the
חולה
himself is not able to recite this Tefillah.
