TAKE NOTE: Lakewood Tax Sale Set for October: Unpaid 2025 Taxes, Water/Sewer Going to Online Auction

The Township of Lakewood will auction off liens on delinquent 2025 and prior-year taxes, water/sewer and other municipal charges through an online tax sale.

Property owners with outstanding tax or water/sewer balances should contact the Lakewood Township Tax Collector’s office at 732-364-2500 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) to pay off delinquencies and keep their property off the sale list.

Important to note that delinquent 2026 taxes (& water/sewer) will be subject to the next tax sale, on December 30, 2026.
