Surveillance Video: Here’s How It Happened

Last week, TLS posted pictures of transformers that fell onto a parked vehicle in Lakewood.

TLS today received the surveillance video of it happening.

Video shows a truck passing through a parking lot, and apparently struck wires, causing it to pull down the transformers.
