The letter States when cooking to 165° then you can have confidence in Empire.

  Dovid, they are saying as long as you handle raw chicken properly and cook it to the correct temperature, their product is safe to eat. Bacteria are killed when heated to the 165 degrees.

    Exactly, the way I understand it is that even contaminated chicken is safe and risk free when fully cooked.
