Somerset Walk To Hold $10,000 Raffle

Somerset Walk tomorrow will hold a public raffle of $10,000 towards a purchase of any home in Lakewood. Also being raffled off, will be 12 smaller prizes with an average value of $1,000. The raffle will be held at the Somerset Walk open house model at 49 Canary Street, at 8:00 PM.

How about you take a fraction of your enormous profits (selling a house that cost you $200k to build for $475k) and donate a house to a needy family

How about selling the house for $300k or less it should be more affordable. I don’t think it cost them $200k to build a house, when they are building so many house they get everything for cheaper.

Somerset Walk is a beauty, affordable development. And Yoilish Fisher is a super,professional, prompt, curteous & knowledgable Broker. If I wold need a house today, I would definately give Somerset Walk & Yoilish, a good look. Dudi B.

Not only Joel Z. Fisher is a super professional, prompt, curteous, & a knowledgable Broker. I have dealt with many brokers in my proffesional career, and he is the only one that puts his client’s interest before his.
