3. And why is this a News item?
   The “article” doesn’t indicate what makes the writer think that Trump will return to Twitter and Facebook.
   Nor does the writer seem to indicate that they have any insight as to what the first tweet or Facebook post might be.
   So in short, this was just posted to see how people react to the idea of Trump, returning to social media (other than his own)
   Not quite a news article.
