We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Rebbetzin Yehudis (Judith) Friedler A’H, who was Nifteres today. Rebbetzin Friedler was the wife of Reb Naftoli Friedler Zatzal, the Rosh Yeshiva of Ner Yisroel Toronto and Rav in KAJ in Monsey, NY.
The Levaya will be taking place at the 7th Street Chapel in Lakewood, at 5PM.
Kevurah will be in Eretz Yisroel.

BDE. I was in Ner Yisroel Toronto during the tekufa that her husband was Rosh Yeshiva. She was such an atzilus’dik person; such nobility. She was totally devoted to her husband’s Harbotzas Hatorah.

What a regal and aristractic women. From her we can learn what it means to do asay ritzon baaluh and the true meaning of an aishes chaver. I knew her for sixty years from the time that her husband was the Rov in the agudah of Washington Heights . He taught us what true ahavas hatorah is and she taught us what a true aim b’yisroel is.
