UPDATED 11:50PM: 1,223 homes in Lakewood have lost electricity in Lakewood. Power outages are being reported in Chateau Park, Presidential Estates, Oak Street, Chestnut and other areas.Traffic lights are out as well. Use caution on the roads.
The outages were reportedly caused by downed wires as a result of an MVA in the Chestnut area.
UPDATE 11:50PM. Power has been restored to most of the affected areas.

FYI the call in number for info is * automated outage reporting line 1-888-544-4877 It can give you some info on the outage, you can report an outage because sometimes they dont know, and they can call you when it’s back on so if you go someplace were there is AC you will know when yours is back on.

If you spoke to JCPL and they said it was from this accident..why do you question if it really is from this accident? What did you do before there was AC and electricity?
