PHOTO: Lakewood Police officers today used golf carts to chase down and arrest a suspect, TLS has learned.
Police were conducting an investigation on Paris Court around 9 a.m. when one of the subjects took off running from police, sources say.
The officer gave chase and multiple police officers responded for backup.
After spotting him running onto the nearby golf course, several officers jumped onto golf carts and began chasing the suspect, sources tell TLS.
After a short pursuit, the officers caught up to the suspect, and placed him under arrest.
