PHOTOS: Wondering where the trees on Clifton Ave went?

Many have been wondering why many of the trees along Clifton Avenue in the downtown disappeared to.

No, the township isn’t building townhouses on the sidewalks just yet.

DPW Director Patrick Donnelly tells TLS the trees were removed for safety, as well as for future sidewalk and road work.

Well, if you put a tree on fire to burn out the chometz in an area with lots of things around it, then lots of other things might also go on fire, and sometimes there are people in and around those things. That would be “unsafe”. Sorry for not explaining properly before. So instead they carried the tree to a safe location such as a personal fireplace, where it can be safely disposed of and power melted marshmallows as well, so they can can get warm and fuzzy feelings both spiritually and physically. Thank you.
