Wisconsin Governor and Presidential Candidate Scott Walker was in Lakewood yesterday, as reported on our news alerts and Instagram at the time.
The Republican Governor, who won a recall election several years ago after being taken on my the unions, visited Lakewood in 2014, and again in February of this year. He was hosted by Dr. Rich Roberts
In 2012, Roberts was threatened after making a hefty contribution to Walker’s reelection campaign, which prompted the philanthropist to double the amount of the donation, as exclusively reported by TLS at the time.
A private luncheon with the Governor was held yesterday at Dr. Roberts’ home, and was attended by the Mayor and other local officials and community activists.

One of the only candidates who is a mentch.
To # 1. We were asked not to publish video of the visit.
Sorry but i find the amount of money that flows into political races appalling- democrat and republic alike.
Unless we have campaign finance reform, all other issues are moot.
Repeal Citizens United. Vot Bernie.
a yarmuka?
whats he point?
Dr Roberts pls bring in the real conservative of the race Ted Cruz
Scott Walker and Marco Rubio would be a great team. Both are young, energetic and yes ….presidential (unlike Donald Trump). If this party would only get its act together and rally behind these two solid conservatives we would be saving hundreds of millions of dollars and more importantly we would have a very good chance of getting the White House in 2016.
