Senior law enforcement officials from across New Jersey gathered at Beth Medrash Govoha today to discuss the security of the Jewish community.
The visit was part of an ongoing commitment to protecting the Jewish community from threats and violence, working with all faith communities in New Jersey, and addressing the rise in antisemitism in recent years. The roundtable discussion brought together senior homeland security and law enforcement leadership with state, county, and local elected officials, law enforcement, and representatives of the Jewish community.
The delegation was led by Thomas Hauck, Director of the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness; Stefanie Roddy, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Newark office; and Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Modarelli, Operations Branch Commander of the New Jersey State Police.
