The winner of the Bike 4 Shalom donor appreciation raffle, is Joe Neuman of Concord Healthcare Group LLC.

Yesterday, Mr. Neuman received a tour and special presentation at Shalom Torah Academy, to experience first hand the tremendous accomplishments and success of the school.

Approximately 45 Lakewood children attend the Academy.
