PHOTOS: [UPDATED] Governor Christie and his family arrived in Israel today in what is his first trip outside the U.S. as Governor. Upon his arrival, the Governor visited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and visited the Kosel among other stops.
Joining the Governor on this historic mission which will include business and some family time, is Senator Robert Singer, Josh Pruzansky of the OU, Mayor Menashe Miller and other officials.
Tge group will be returning later this week.

we need to realize how important this visit is to israel/usa/as well as jews all over is. Gov christie is a rising star in the republican party and has an eye on the white house. being exposed first hand to israels small size and security needs and connecting with its leaders will only benefit israel in the future.
to #5 I could not agree with your more not only is israel a small state it about the size of new jersey, and yes he is a rising star and he might make a wonderful and strong president in the future, and he is in the best company possible.

Why would he want to visit Mexico? Everyone from Mexico is running away from there and coming here.
It looks like Bob and the Governor have the exact same kind of yamulkah. If I had to guess I’d imagine that either Josh Pruzansky or Menashe had it made for them.

Can you imagine if Governor Christie becomes Mitt Romney’s VP and then eventually becomes president. All we will have to do to get access to the White House is call Mayor Menashe. I mean at that point Menashe is going to be second to none. Its power in the making.
