  4. That’s very nice. Maybe the officers can also stop pedestrians walking at night and educate them on safety and recommend they get reflectors.

  5. I would love if TLS can provide a good contact for improving biking and walking safety in this town.
    Are bikers aware that bikers are supposed to bike with traffic and not against traffic? Please Bikers and Drivers learn the rules of the road.
    That there are hand signals that bikers (and drivers) should learn to use when biking?
