This area was just developed. Obviously they didnt do the proper work. Charge the developers. No reason tax payers should pay for their cheap job.
A big part of the issues here was caused by the commercial development further up new Hampshire Ave. Providing for proper drainage is a huge expense that any developer would be thrilled to bypass. Luckily these buildings were built in Lakewood where the developers know how to get things done by providing their own “expert testimony” and the township boards “Trust” whatever they say. The tax payers will ultimately pay the price and ” The Booker Vaad” will continue to be reelected.
Cute idea, but waste of money until it drains to Barnegat Bay.
Thank you!!!
I take exception to attacking the vaad which follows daas torah
