1. Defund the police!!

   • I hear you-so the next time we have a wild animal on a Friday trying to mow down people, we will call you for help and then your wife will tell us that my husband right now is in the middle of buying a MEGA property, he will call you back after the sale is totally finalized.
     We apologize for the delay, but please forgive us because what happened was that after we signed a contract, ten other people offered more money, so the matter is presently in court, but rest assured that when this is finally over my husband will quickly run into his car and he will catch that guy trying to mow down people.

2. they are in Lakewood pretty much every Wednesday, so we can call Wednesdays, drive like a mentch day!

3. It baffles me that people have issues with the state police trying to control the chaos on the roads in Lakewood. 424 accidents in January with 1 fatality should make everyone grateful that they’re here. There are protocols for them to be here, they don’t just randomly show up. Maybe if people around here respected traffic laws the troopers wouldn’t be here.

   • I am surprised, I did not realize that we had so many accidents.
     I actually drive exactly the speed limit sometimes 1 mile over and I have some drivers tailgating me.
     Usually most drivers after about a half a mile they realize that I am right and I am exactly the speed limit so they calm down and back off.

4. This is not their job! They are doing the job of others who refuse to do what they are paid to do. Cars parked directly under a new parking sign facing traffic. Never ticketed. Stop signs are just a suggestion. No tickets so why drive like a mentch? And then a tragedy and it’s probably because someone spoke lashon hara….

5. The State police are sick demented petty tyrants who because of there daddy issues get perverse pleasure out of terrorizing normal average pedestrians we’re just trying to go about their day we should do whatever we can to get these one level over criminal thugs out of our town

   • I checked in the local Lakewood directory that gets sent out to the local families here in the Lakewood area, I was not able to find the name shlav. There is no shlav family in our directory.
     I am assuming that you are not married, actually I hope that you are not married at the present moment because your wife will be going through H-E-L-L.
     I am not saying that the Police are perfect, but please we are taught to see the good qualities in the other person. You yourself, you are far from perfect.
     Maybe if you talk like a Mentsch, the Police will have an interest in trying to perfect themselves.
     I am 100% positive that you came from out of town, a real true Lakewooder would never ever talk like a wild meshugana.

7. @Avraham wow your sleuthing abilities are impressive kudos to you. you figured out all on your own (I am being generous) that there is no Shlav family in Lakewood and with you prestigious Sherlock Holmesion abilities have deducted that I’m probably from out of town new without a family let me introduce you to the concept of a Internet pen name for example I am not really sure your name is Avraham let me inform you A.my wife is thrilled to pieces with me B I was born in Lakewood and have been living here for a few decades and C not sure we’re we were taught to see the best in Cops i must have missed that time honored Lakewoody lesson some were along the way b e that as it may I will reiterate my previous point albeit a little more subtle police, in general are always flirting with the peril and axiom that goes power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely now I have always found the Lakewood police to be very reasonable and pleasant to deal with being death or in the community and have to will have to face community wrath if they abuse their power, the same is not true for state police. Hence, I have found state police to be vicious vindictive petty tyrants, wishing you all the best yours truly MR.Shlav

8. They are here to give out tickets only. Not to improve the safety of our town. When the police union asks for a raise, they’ll point to the tickets which will cover the cost. The safety of this town doesn’t improve one iota because these outsiders decided to come in ans issue a ticket blitz for minor offenses like not wearing a seatbelt.
   The Lakewood Police are a good group of people actually interested in improving life in this town.

9. Be a law abiding citizen and you’ll have nothing to worry about
